Definition of 10/10 service - moving from Richmond to Surrey
Bottom line for Highland Service was 10/10. Arlene was very efficient in assessing our situation via zoom and giving us a written estimate. And our actual cost came in less than the quote. The quality of the work was excellent. Charice and Jim were an efficient and speedy packing team. Tory, Gabe and Justin moved everything efficiently the next day. And Jordie came the following day to help unpack the kitchen. All teams were punctual and efficient. They had good packing and moving equipment and worked well together. And they were all pleasant to deal with. I recommend their services highly.
