Smooth & Efficient Overseas Shipping - Vancouver to Wales, UK
The grandfather clock you helped ship & package arrived in Wales on Friday. The shipment looked good, and all sensors were fine. All went very smoothly and efficiently with the shipment, and communication was easy on the UK end.

Outstanding Service. Professional Move - Vancouver, BC to the UK
We used Highland to ship our belongings from Vancouver, Canada, to the UK. We had been agonizing over which company to go with, given the concerning reviews and wildly fluctuating prices between each shipping company.
Highland was by far the most affordable company, and the service provided was perfect. The staff were communicative, efficient and diligent. Our shipment arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition. The domestic UK company they engaged was also great.
Highly recommend Highland for international moves!

Professional and caring every step of the way - Moving to Portugal
I am writing this to express our gratitude for the professional help we received for our shipping container, which was sent from Vancouver to Portugal. We had all of our possessions wrapped and handled, including our vehicles, and they were received and delivered to our destination in excellent condition. The administration and handling of people in Canada and Portugal were very helpful and prompt throughout the process, which made the experience very pleasant. We were quite nervous about this endeavour, but World Wide Overseas Moving Service took very good care of us.

I couldn't have wished for better service - moving from Vancouver to the Netherlands
We used Highland Worldwide for our small move of 8 boxes with personal items to The Netherlands. From the beginning, Karen has been a great and caring personal move manager who clearly and patiently explained every step of the way and tempered the stress of an international move. In the process, she was extremely helpful and creative thinking along with our predicaments and hiccups of the global Covid19-pandemic. Karen remained our primary contact until the last step of delivery, closely monitoring the shipping and handling by different partners in multiple ports. I couldn't have wished for a better service!

Phenomenal Overseas Moving Service - Vancouver to Australia
Wow. So we are looking at companies to help us move overseas. I’ve been dealing with Karen and Z and this team is beyond awesome. Highly professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and competitive as well. I’ve canvassed all the FIDI and major shippers and in my opinion, Worldwide is right up there. I’ve already recommended them to friends on a moving group. Anyway just phenomenal and recommended without reservation.
Note there are currently shipping delays in regions such as Australasia so make sure you deal with a good company.

Wow. So we are looking at companies to help us move overseas. I’ve been dealing with Karen and Z and this team is beyond awesome. Highly professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and competitive as well. I’ve canvassed all the FIDI and major shippers and in my opinion, Worldwide is right up there. I’ve already recommended them to friends on a moving group. Anyway just phenomenal and recommended without reservation.

Hugely Impressed by the Impeccable Service - Moving from Vancouver to Italy
Our daughter and son-in-law used Worldwide to ship their belongings to Italy when they decided to return a couple of years ago. So, when my wife and I decided to follow, we packed everything that we could and called on Worldwide to get it to Italy unbroken and undented. The container arrived a few days ago, and was deftly unpacked by a local crew. Not a scratch. Every part of the process done with a friendly professionalism to the highest standards, everything on time. We are, to say the least, hugely impressed by Worldwide so we offer our highest recommendation.

So, when my wife and I decided to follow, we packed everything that we could and called on Worldwide to get it to Italy unbroken and undented. I discovered their price point was the best, but it was their customer service and attention to details that secured my loyalty. And this isn’t my first go at sending goods internationally, either. Karen Slater, International Relocations Manager, was always patient despite all my questions. She was also professional, getting back to me via email or phone right away. Impressed by the professional service - moving from Vancouver to the UK
I used Highland World Wide Services (and Karen Slater, Int’l Relocation Mgr.) for my move from Vancouver to the UK, on the recommendation of a personal friend who had worked in the moving business locally. And I’m glad I did. From the outset Karen was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the whole process. The three packers who boxed up my personal belongings were extremely organized, fast and efficient. On unpacking in the UK I saw how well the packing had been done, and with no trace of any damage.
And if you’re planning an international move during a pandemic - be patient!

Excellent International Movers - Moving from Vancouver to the Netherlands
Out of pure luck, my web search for an international movers company took me to Highland World Wide’s website. After filling out the basic “quote request” form, I was promptly contacted by Karen, who ended up being in charge of my account throughout the whole experience. I should note that my move from Canada to the Netherlands happened in the summer of 2020, at the height of all the Covid restrictions. Karen and her team patiently accommodated all my concerns during the uncertain times and we finally managed to book a date for packing and shipping.
The packing crew were extremely professional as well, and impressed me with their efficiency and diligence. The shipment arrived exactly on time and the rest was handled by the local partners.
Overall, an intercontinental move is a stressful experience (particularly during a pandemic), but working with Highland was the least stress-inducing part of it - thanks to Karen and her team!

Moving home internationally is a stressful experience, especially in these Covid times. But from the start of the process the team at Highland Worldwide made it feel relaxed and stress free.
Karen was awesome to deal with, got us the quote quickly and answered all our questions promptly and gave us great advice. The 4 person team that came to pack and load were amazing. Cher and Jim were so organized and personable, it was easy to tell they had worked together for many years and really knew their business. Our 3 bedroom house got packed up in a day, with another day to load. The teams both days were awesome. Interestingly, half the team were women, which we'd never seen before, and we really enjoyed a fun, professional and enthusiastic atmosphere with them.
We've moved many times, and this is by far the best move all around that we've ever had. This is a family run business where the owners are hands on and truly care about the moving experience for their clients. We couldn't be any happier with the service, attitudes and care that they took with our move. Thanks!!
