Level of service beyond expectations - moving from Storage to Abbotsford home
I had used Highland a couple times for projects at work.
We were in a situation where we sold our home and in the process of looking for another. Highland scheduled our move 5 weeks in advance and arrived at exactly the time they said they would be there. The crew was polite, courteous and professional. They took care of our belongings. It made us feel comfortable with the thought they would be storing our contents for a period of time.
There was a little hick up in the scheduling of the move back, we had a morning appointment but they did not arrive until the afternoon. I must say the crew they sent was absolutely amazing. (Two young men and a young lady whose names have slipped my memory) I thought they would have a hard time providing the level of service we received during the move out, was I wrong! Their level of service greatly surpassed our expectations. They emptied the truck within a few hours, put everything in the locations they belonged to, they set up our furniture beds , tables, desks etc. They totally made up for the scheduling mishap. These 3 members of your staff truly made our experience great. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Highland to anyone considering using a moving and storage company. I would certainly use them again.
