Truly Impressed by the quality of service
My experience with Highland has been extremely positive! From the start, Arlene was wonderful to work with! She has been very responsive to my endless questions and was so easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way, as our move was during Covid. The day of the move, the crew showed up on time and were incredible efficient! I was so impressed! Our goods are in storage for the next year and I hope we can work with the same crew again upon move into our new home. Ana from head office and Ming in the accounting department are also awesome! Both very responsive and professional! I would hands down recommend Highland to all my family and friends!
